I am currently serving as an Educational Specialist in the Office of Professional Learning & Family Engagement for Fairfax County Public Schools. Prior to this, I served as a Resource Teacher on the Equity & Cultural Responsiveness Team in central office.

I have coached teachers and principals at multiple schools and offered extensive adult learning opportunities in the areas of equity & belonging, literacy instruction, and culturally responsive teaching.

I strive to lead in a way that ensures all students receive high-quality instruction and are taught daily in spaces where they experience belonging and affirmation.

Thank you for planning and facilitating such a powerful presentation! You provided thought-provoking examples that shifted mindsets around marginalization. As participants walked away, I heard feedback such as, “I’m looking forward to the next session!” Evidence such as that already lets you know that you are on the right pathway to making an impact! You are appreciated!

-Krystle Trammell, Family Partnerships Specialist

Your guidance and presence provided us the confidence to complete the dialogue with our students. Your structure ensured a safe space was created for all voices to be heard. We could not have addressed this situation without your help. Please know how grateful we are for you!
